In 2000, the Megerian family returned to Armenia, revitalizing the historic “Haygorg” factory with modern technologies—a move that significantly contributed to the rebirth and global promotion of Armenian carpet weaving. Today, the Megerian Carpet Cultural Center offers a multifaceted experience, featuring cultural events, fine dining, and a specialized museum where visitors can explore the history and intricate techniques of Armenian handmade rugs.
